The executive is the branch of government responsible for implementing and enforcing laws, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the government. The legislative branch is responsible for making laws, which involves proposing, debating, and passing legislation that will govern the country. Together, these three branches form the system of checks and balances that ensures no one branch has too much power. **

Office chair executive chairs squeak due to a variety of reasons, including worn out or loose components such as screws, bolts, or wheels. Over time, the constant movement and weight placed on the chair can cause these parts to become loose, leading to squeaking noises. Additionally, lack of lubrication in the moving parts can also contribute to the squeaking. Regular maintenance and proper care can help prevent squeaking in office chair executive chairs. **

The executive overhang in Germany refers to a situation where the number of seats won by a political party in a state parliament exceeds the number of seats it would be entitled to based on its share of the popular vote. This can occur due to the electoral system's combination of direct mandates and proportional representation. As a result, additional seats, known as overhang seats, are created to ensure that the party's share of seats in the parliament reflects its share of the popular vote. This can lead to a larger parliament than intended, and the overhang seats can potentially give a party more influence than its popular vote would suggest. **
